| Description |
sets a tab stop at the column in the text where it is entered.
If there are "number" spaces prior to the ".hanging tab", text is printed "number"+1 spaces from the left margin. Any text that wraps is also printed "number"+1 spaces from the left margin. To reset the margin, place a ".hanging tab" at the appropriate column position. A number parameter may be entered with the ".hanging tab" command to set the hanging tab. When a number is entered, the hanging tab is set at that column number. The number may contain up to two decimal places. The ".ht" command is equivalent to the ".hanging tab" command. |
