Customer service phone support hours.
Pick Systems Customer Service representatives are available to provide assistance per the following schedule. Please have your software serial number available when calling. Your software serial number is printed on your D3 diskettes or tapes or, at the TCL prompt, you may enter "which" to display your system serial number. Note: All times listed are U.S. Pacific Time and are subject to change. Activation numbers: By phone at 714/261-1875, activation numbers are given 24 hours a day, except for holiday closures. Monday - Friday 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.: By phone at 714/261-1875 or by fax at 714/261-5308 for dealer service and prepaid service. Additionally, general service is available at $125 per hour (1 Hour minimum) prepaid on a credit card. Saturday 4:00 p.m. to Monday 5:00 a.m.: Support services are available to VAR's with MAAP (Multi-Aspect Assurance Policy) support contracts at $125.00 per hour (2 hour minimum) prepaid on a credit card. Holiday Closures: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day Support packages, including annual software upgrades, are available.
